The 14th International Conference on Performance Measurement in Libraries (LibPMC) will take place 2-4 November 2021, in an entirely online format.
This biennial conference brings together practitioners, researchers, educators and students interested in all aspects of performance measurement in libraries. This year the conference will take place 2-4 November 2021, in an entirely online format and will run synchronously afternoon UK/European time and mornings Eastern time to accommodate attendees from a broad range of time zones.
Registration is open, see: https://libraryperformance.org/. The regular delegate registration fee is £50. Registration is free for those who would otherwise be unable to attend due to cost.
The conference provides a mix of invited speakers, contributed papers and panel discussions designed to stimulate discussion, provide ideas for measuring and improving library performance, and develop new concepts and techniques to advance the field.
We are delighted to confirm Ariba Jahan and Sir Nigel Shadbolt as our 2021 keynote speakers. There will be 60 presentations from over 8 countries covering a range of topics, including the culture of assessment, equity, diversity and inclusion, the impact of libraries, open access, and virtual user testing.
